Curiosity

I am on a constant quest for understanding. I enjoy the act of learning just as much as finding the answer. Questions lead to more questions and I am satiated by being able to distill something into its most pure simple form.

Honesty

I am open and sincere. My conversations are real, transparent and vulnerable. I say what I mean and I mean what I say. I believe in the power of full disclosure and I listen to others. I let go of my ego, quiet judgment and avoid assumptions.

I have learned so much from all of the people I have worked with over the years at lululemon. The biggest lesson I will take with me is that I am most powerful when I am fully myself.

Courage

I relentlessly pursue greatness and I know the possibility is bigger than failure. I dare to look beyond what I know. I listen, ask strategic questions and reinvent myself or the rules if necessary. I take the step even when I don’t know what comes next.

Adventure

I seek the unknown. I love the thrill of not knowing what comes next. I actively put myself in new situations because I know that I will grow the most when I have to find my own way through. While I am thrilled by the beginner’s mind, I know that I have the power to create everything anew.
